This is my husband after....
That is 35-40lbs lighter. I'm so proud of him...He worked all summer long and is keeping it up!!!
And you know what...he did it for us...so we can have him around here a little while longer...E, I love you to heaven and back!!!!!

Those guys look so wonderful. I wish I could get a dose of motivation to do what they did. I konw you're proud of them, but did they hate having to buy all new clothes???

Wow! I have started my diet yesterday! I have to lose (a lot of) weight!
